Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

I took my 7yo son to have eyes checked for a tracking problem. This OD did not alter his exam method to accommodate a pediatric patient from the manner that was used with me. This OD became frustrated with my 7yo son during the exam and it showed. The information given following the exam was less than helpful. He basically stated that my 7 yo son has ADHD and that we should practice playing a game called "Deadman's Game" to help my son become more body aware. My son was examined elsewhere. Following that exam, we were able to get him into Occupational Therapy and his tracking has greatly improved. My husband, myself, and my son will not be returning to this OD for services.
