I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. When I made an appointment, they have never postponed my appointment, but they've never gone that extra mile or made me feel comfortable. They did not give me an eyglass case, never checked to see if my glasses fit when they finally did arrived. They handed them to me and then wanted the bill to be settled. when i went to check on my glasses after 2 weeks they did not take a measurement and so they did not order them. I waited about 5 to 6 weeks for a pair of glasses. I definitely do not recommend them. i have been wearing glasses all my life. the worst service i ever had.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection

Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
