They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

I generally do not write about my experience with business's in the area however, I could not let this experience pass without taking a moment to tell all of you about it. I have regular eye exams and through the years have seen a few eye clinics in our area. While all of them have been certainly professional and nice, none have ever been so thorough as Dr. Fee. He spent a great deal of time testing my eyes, asking questions, as well as answering my concerns. I ended up trying my first pair of contacts in many years and of course lost one on the first day. A quick phone call to Patty at his office was all it took to a quick replacement, after some ribbing of course. As I go through life, I seek out opportunities to do business with places that make me feel welcome and comfortable as well as offer experience and knowledge. I can not say enough about my entire encounter with Dr Fee and his entire team. Looking forward to seeing them regularly for our eye care needs.
