To STARR011907 - You must have gone to a different Dr. Conrad Bryan than the one I know. This man could not be nonchalant or uncaring if he tried. I suspect there was a breakdown in communication somewhere. I and my entire family have been gonig to Dr. Bryan for more than a decade. He is a rare find in today's fastpaced, callous healthcare industry. Glad we found him - sorry you can't see why.

They provided me with a very accurate prescription for my glasses and contacts. I hadn't even realized that my vision had changed, but now I see so much better. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
