The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

I signed up for a face laser removal package. The first two treatments were ok.. Not great. The third one I went to was horrible. They did not apply sufficient cooling gel near my mouth and burned both sides of my mouth. It was more painful than the previous two times and didn't think too much about it, till I got back home. After an hour, I saw 2nd degree burns on both sides of my mouth. When I called them, no apology was given, asked me to use an over the counter ointment for burns. This was of no help to me since I was doing it already. Very frustrated and displeased. They charge me over $ 1500 for the whole package and I expect to look better not worse after the treatments. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
