The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was frustrating. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored.
