They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Before they even started my massage, they asked me detailed questions about my preferences for the massage. They made an extra effort to make sure I got the exact massage I was hoping for.
