This chiropractor has never misdiagnosed me. They always are able to find the source of my pain. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Steen Chiropractic Clinic talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. Steen Chiropractic Clinic definitely cares about their patients. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Steen Chiropractic Clinic has given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips! They know how important it is for my recovery! They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
