Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

Ostrow Family Chiropractic definitely cares about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. Ostrow Family Chiropractic made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had with Ostrow Family Chiropractic! Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. Ostrow Family Chiropractic would never use foul language! They always go the extra effort to be polite and courteous!

If you have any back pain GO SEE THIS MAN!!! I don't have chiropractor insurance. But it was so cheap that it has never mattered. The first time I saw Ostrow was in 2004. I was traveling to see my folks that still live in the Dallas area and I was in so much pain-I could barely walk. I was completely fine in 2 visits. Then I moved back to Dallas in 2008 and was rear-ended on the way here. Ostrow says "Yeah! I remember you. How is your mother and father?" Dr. Ostrow is a phenomenal chiropractor, professional and genuine man who cares for the well-being of his patients. He is consistently accessible, accurate, INEXPENSIVE, the staff is so friendly you think that you are seeing old friends, TRULY CARING and the results will speak for themselves.
