Dr. Jen Hartman has been supervising my care for over three months. Her professional demeanor is second to none.

I had been going to a physical therapy group for six weeks and did not improve; in fact, I was regressing and the therapist could not answer my questions or provide an alternate treatment plan.

Dr. Hartman explained my condition thoroughly and allowed time for my questions with sincere interest. My condition started to improve with her direct involvement at all phases of my rehabilitation/treatment. Before I became a patient of Dr. Jen, I had difficulty sleeping and had constant neck/shoulder pain. Now, within the past four weeks, I have more movement in my neck with less pain, I sleep more comfortably and can even complete nine holes of golf!

I appreciate what Dr. Jen has done for me and would highly recommend her services!

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. My experience was nothing like a typical chiropractic visit. She applied the perfect combination of therapies to help with my areas of concern. Dr. Jenn is at the top of her field and I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting her. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The practice also has several wonderful massage therapists! I can't say enough good things about this practice! Thank you!

They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I always feel like I am visiting an old friend and that I am their favorite client ( I am sure they make everyone feel this way ). I would go to Dr. Jenn even if they did not accept insurance. She is also a licensed massage therapist. I have been to at least 6 other chiropractors throughout the years and she is definitely " the best of the best ".
