Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

No, I was always attended to
Did the chiropractor update you about the progression of your recovery at each appointment?
Definitely! They made an extra effort to keep me well informed.
Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute?
Never, they are very reliable.
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
Does this provider always put the customer first?
Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

I have been to several chiropractors in the past 10 years but none have come close to the type of personal treatment I receives at this office, I was surprised that there was an xray machine at the office and the Dr. insisted i get xrays before he wouod even touch me. This made me feel extremely confident that I would be treated carefully. I was very happy with this faciclity. Thanks Dr. Mike!
