They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! They are so friendly and welcoming. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients.
