It was very easy to get an appointment. She is flexible and got me in quickly on a Friday afternoon. the same day I called. She is always polite and respectful. She is always prepared for my appointment and remembers everything about me due to her good chart notes. She has been my family physician for the past five years and I am extremely happy with her and her staff.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I love Doctor Chatroux, she has a heart and is exceptionally intelligent without ever making me feel alienated! Great doctor and wonderful person

This is a great medical office: very careful and thorough care, generous with their time, happy to see me and to help. Offers many options to meet the patient's needs. I heartily reccommend Dr. Chatroux
