Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. The doctor and staff really went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They were so friendly! I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention.
I was VERY unhappy not seeing the doctor I requested. I was told I was going to be billed for certain things. Well, I was. VERY unprofessional!
