The dr paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. never had any problem with dr only staff..messages to dr etc

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. This dictors office is Vert dirty, and unkept... Dr.Bruce is out of touch with reality, it is amazing he is still practicing!

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.

They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. How ever the office staff is frequently incompetant which is extremely frustrating.
