They paid close attention to me and my questions were answered. Their staff is friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I found the office, but the layout of the medical part of town is often confusing because 4th street is cut in half by the hospital. I wish it had been easier to locate.

All the parents in my community respect them, and recommended that I bring my child there. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician, they were so kid friendly and made my child feel instantly comfortable. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs to how patient and kind they were to my child. They were just fantastic.

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. When I asked for some additional details, they ridiculed me and said my question was stupid. I couldn't believe how rude they were. I was disappointed with how little they knew about immunizations. I was hoping they'd be able to inform me a little more. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
