Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I was worried that they wouldn't respect my views and opinions on parenting issues, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they were very respectful. I left feeling very encouraged. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
