Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The waiting room had everything my child could ask for. TV's, toys, magazines.... and not just for younger kids but for adolescents as well.

I really liked how nice they are here. They helped a lot with information, especially being a first time mother. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they knew.

I would absolutely recommend them to my friends looking for a good pediatrician. They were fantastic with my kids. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
