They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

They seemed to know what they were talking about some of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain professional communication here. There is definitely lots of room for improvement. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it.
