They were not able to diagnose my condition quickly. In fact it is still undiagnosed and am searching for answers. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.

I saw this doctor recently as the parent of a new patient. The office staff was warm, caring and friendly. The doctor came in relatively quickly, but hardly gave me any of his time. He did not give me an opportunity to ask any questions. He briefly looked in my child's ears, said there was fluid behind the ears. I asked if that meant my child had an infection? He never answered me. He left the exam room in haste. I was very disappointed by his poor bedside manner that left much to be desired. He didn't explain to me how the ear tube surgery would go, what we would do in the meantime, nothing. I called the office to request a switch of care to the other doctor in the practice. I was informed that the other doctor didn't want to take my child on as his patient because he practices basically the same way. That speaks volumes. I'm running to a different ENT who treats me as a parent and patient, not a number.

I dislke having to take off work for any doctors appt., when i do, i am hopeful the visit is well worth my time; including that the doc listens, explains his assessment, gives his recommendations, and opens it up for any questions i might have.

His nurse was super and i felt very thorough with her pre-screening. I was certain that after entering and documenting so much information, this doctor's visit was going to be exceptional. I waited a short time (10 minutes) for the doctor to come in.

After looking up my nose and down my throat, Dr. Leffingwell suggested i have a sinus scan and left the room without asking if i (a new patient) had any questions, etc.
The nurse returns to give me information where i would need to go to have my sinus scan performed and she gave me a free nasal spray sample of which would be called in to my pharmacy. Note: the nasal spray he prescribed was that of which i had just mentioned to him, did not work for me in the past. I asked the nurse if Dr. Leffingwell was finished with me; when she replied he was, I requested that he return as i had a few questions...when he returned, it was like i had interrupted his day.
No intentions of referring anyone to him, nor will i return as his patient.
