They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

No, and they don't make an effort to even try

Dr. Lee is the best. He's kind and generous. I know there is always one or two people who would gripe and exaggerate in their reviews because it's their personality, but in my 60+ years I've never had a better eye Dr. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Their standard of patient comfortability is obviously very high and it showed throughout the entire appointment. Wait times can be long, but that's the only thing there is to criticise, but he's very busy and takes his time with each patient.

I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. Everyone should be aware how bad their breath stinks here. Serious case of halitosis. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

I had issues with my eyes for the longest time. I had previously visited Parkland Hospital because of the cost reasons. I had a few surgeries there that resulted in my terrible vision. My eyes were in really bad shape and was unable to stand the light. I saw Andy Lees' office in my area and decided to give him a try. IT WAS THE BEST DECISION I EVER MADE!. Within days of my visit I no longer needed my shades and was able to stand the light without migranes. I appreciate Dr. Lee for all his help with both my vision and financial situation.
