They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

I will definitely recommend this podiatrist to people I know. My feet have never felt better. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

Dr. Flynn is capable, although he completely underestimated the recovery time and pain in the ball of my foot after a procedure. He didn't tell me what to expect and he failed to provide or advise me to get a surgical boot or diabetic shoe. It took 8 weeks for my foot to heal enough to wear regular shoes (flats). Another major problem is his staff. The staff person who answered my call was untruthful about my balance (she must have had it confused with another patient) and when I asked a follow up question, she refused to check on the matter or admit her mistake. RUDE!!!!! I asked her politely a second and third time to check and she hung up on me after saying "thank you". This person needs to be fired!
