They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

It took me a number of years to find Dr. Conrad. There is no way I would ever change doctors again. She is thorough, very up to date with the current literature and truly cares about each of her patients. She does not really work on time blocks. If your issue requires more time than allotted, she takes the time. I have sometimes had to wait a few minutes, but I know when it is my turn, I will get the same personal attention she is giving the current patient.

I believe she only treats difficult cases such as: allergies, fibromyalgia, and other immune disorders. When calling for an appointment you will be asked for a disease diagnosis. If you don't have a diagnosis there is the potential she will see you and help sort out what ever is going on. She does not have a "general" practice as noted here. Her specialty is malfunctions of the immune system.
