Referred by a friend who had so much pain he could not stand for long. Fixed. I experienced plantar fasciitis and was unable to run, which is hard for a runner to endure. Dr. Klein fixed me with one visit. He took all the knowledge I thought I had gained from Runners World and from running store employees and turned it on its head. He didn't cajole me into expensive procedures or new orthotics; he said mine were fine, but I was buying the totally incorrect shoe type, one that did not match the generic recommendations you usually get from magazines, books, or running stores. Very thankful, painless visit. Insurance paid for it, but I would have been satisfied to pay out of pocket. I am running now, as far as I want.

Came with a sports related injury. Was NOT told to bring my running shoes to the appointment. Was told by doctor to buy a new pair of shoes more appropriate for my foot or make another appointment to place a foot pad with my running shoes. Essentially first appointment was a waste of time. Copay each time. Needless to say, did not return...
