I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
