I didn't have to wait very long after I arrived for my appointment. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt good choosing a treatment plan. They are very professional, friendly, filed my medical claims accurately and timely. They are always polite and courteous.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. All of my questions were answered fully during the appointment, which really put my mind at ease. It was extremely informative. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

The office staff is very helpful and I must say that I like this doctor. He has a personality that puts you at ease, and I love that he is sensitive to finances enough that he is willing to share samples which help out greatly.

They only take cash or check though, so you have to remember to put aside enough cash to cover the visit. They are easy to find and they take care of you quickly. My insurance plans have changed over the years, but I still look for this doctor over any other.
