I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I felt so much more confident and informed going into surgery after they answered all of my questions thoroughly and in-detail. They made me feel much safer. cd
