He is a gentle doctor but he nor his staff really listened to me. So I wouldn't return to him unless I couldn't find anyone better. It wasn't easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. I know that they have a lot of clients so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but that's the least of my issues with this doctor. Communication is my issue, they're reluctant to listen to the patient, thereby forcing procedures that didn't help just cost me more $$ and left me frustrated and still in pain. Oh, and make sure to bring your own reading material....you might be in the waiting area up to an HOUR or more on busy days! Not very impressive.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

I have been using Dr. Creamer and Rehabilitative Medical Group for over three years. They have been wonderful in assisting with measures to reduce pain reduction from my bulging disk and sciatica.
