the customer's always right If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I don't think I would want to recommend them to others based on my experience. I just wasn't very impressed. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. I went in for a general check up and to bring up some additional concerns I had. While I know I could stand to loose 20-30 pounds, Dr Mosch seemed to have tunnel vision in the sense that the weight was the ONLY reason of my minor health problems. He would not consider any other possibilities other than weight.
