They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Dr. Marc Swanson is the most caring and understanding Doctor I have ever had. He REALLY does cared how you feel.

I have been seeing Dr. Swanson for years and am satisfied with the services that he offers. I have, however, been disappointed by his office staff on more than one occasion. I was once left in an exam room for over an hour and was reportedly "forgotten." On another occasion, I was made to wait over an hour beyond my appointment time because I was 10 minutes late (even though I have been seen by Dr. Swanson for approximately 7 years). More recently, my appointment time was twice changed without consultation with me. Lastly, some of the office staff could use training on how to extend common courtesy to patients.
