They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

No. It took me several times to get through.

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

No, it was rather cramped

I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome.
