They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I have been to many other allergy doctors and he is my favorite! My son loves him too. He and his staff are great with kids too. I tell everyone to go to Dr. Feldman.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
