Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment

I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Getting an appointment is TERRIBLE......you wait for months even if you are a returning patient!
