The staff was very friendly and professional, which I appreciated. I felt welcome during my visit. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
