Dr. Xenachis made sure every single question I had was answered, and is usually available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Her staff was not that friendly over the phone, and didn't make me feel like Dr. Xenachis' directives to me were being followed by the staff. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting her. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and Dr. Xenachis is one of the best I've ever seen.

I have been seeing Dr. Xenachis for sometime for an underactive thryoid conditiion. I have to say Dr. Xenachis is the most caring physician I have dealt with in some time. She takes her time with each patient and really listens to the patients concerns. I have gone to other endocrinologists and the first thing they want to do is write me another prescription. Dr. Xenachis is not a pill pusher, which is perfect for me as I want to try to maintain my health as naturally as can be. However, making an appointment to see her is almost impossible and, once in her office, there is a minimum wait time of 2 hours before being seen. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
