I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.

I was in between health insurance coverage but had a spot on my nose that someone suggested that I have checked out. I explained quite clearly to Dr. Oshman that all my payments would be out of pocket. During the visit, she suggested that I have two things removed, rather than one...at double the charge (in excess of $500). When I subsequently went to another dermatologist about another issue and asked about the spot on my nose, I was told "Oh, that's nothing to worry about." This other doctor was very surprised that Dr. Oshman required two biopsies...Bottom line... I would not use her.
