Their advanced and sophisticated equipment was like none I've ever seen before. The Zeiss equipment room in which on instrument canned the back of my eye was absolutely amazing. I was very impressed with how high tech everything in their office was Everything was computerized and automated and then double checked by Dr. Littzi. If I had to rate them on just their friendliness towards me I would give them the whole five stars alone. This was one of the warmest and most welcoming offices I've visited. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Loved Dr. Littzi and her staff

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Dr. Littzi trained at Harvard and the Univeristy of Penssylvania and is extremely bright. She is very happy with waht she does and it shows
