They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
