No, there was no annoying music

Dr was rude and annoyed when I spoke up for my elderly father who was having trouble explaining what was wrong. Rudeness carries right down to the receptionist/ person who answers the phone and makes appointments. When I was making an appointment for an emergency situation for my father who needed to be seen the next day per his PCP, The receptionist told me that Dr. Kenealy would not be available at the time I had requested. I was in the process of asking the receptionist if we could see another Dr in the practice if Dr. Kenealy wasn’t available – she cut me off before I finished asking the question and extremely rudely told me that since I was asking for a special appointment then I needed to follow the Doctors schedule. Had she let me finish my sentence she would have understood what I was asking. What doctors need to realize is that we are hiring / choosing this doctor to do a service for us. They owe their patients as much courteousness as any other service provider. I am absolutely not going back to this doctor and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else going to this doctor either.

I have been seeing Dr. Kenealy for many years for issues with my nose. He's a great doctor, reasonable with his treatment recommendations, thorough with testing recommendations. Plus he's a nice guy with a good "bedside" manner. He's efficient with his time and the office is run well. I definitely recommend Dr. Kenealy.

The staff was accommodating and helpful, and I was taken early on one occasion and on-time on the other. Dr. Kenealy was very thorough and collaborative in determining my issue and offering treatment. I was very satisfied.
