They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit with the exception of the weird signage about cell phone use which seem to indicate that although the Dr. was outside my door for 15 minutes on the phone (yah, I could hear him) I was not allowed to use mine or would be found highly irritating. It just seems a bit weird not to address the person individually if they are being inconsiderate. Two patients I know have accidentally forgotten to turn theirs off and been treated very poorly as a result by the Dr.

My experience has been amazingly good. Everyone has been very friendly and exceptionally good at explaining things to me and giving me a feeling of peace as well as complete confidence in their abilities. Parking is perfect... it's right outside the entrance. The waiting room is very comfortable.

Honestly, I can't say enough good things about Dr. Bernstein and his staff!
