Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support

Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection

Definitely! They were some of the most child-friendly examining rooms I've ever seen

Not at all! They give my child exactly what he/she needs
Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details?
Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I couldn't believe how well-decorated and child-friendly their examining rooms were. It was obvious that they really cared about making children as comfortable as possible. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.
