They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
