The waiting room was pleasent but the waiting time was much too long, way behind schedule every time. The Doctor is freindly and I liked him but too rushed, didn't take enough time and order enough test for my son's particular problem. Treatment was not effective or aggressive enough.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. I understand they're busy, but I'm getting really tired of them postponing my appointments all the time. Every time I make an appointment, it's usually postponed at least a week. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
