They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. From the moment you walk in their doors and sit in their extremely comfortable waiting room chairs till the moment you leave, they will make sure you are as given the highest quality of care. I am never disappointed.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I was hoping to be seen sooner. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. Chandler was more concerned with sending me onto a drug rehab program than talking about my pain.I saw him once after my Dr of 8 years mysteriously quit practicing. Dr chandler decided I was addicted to pain med after 1 minute with me. He and his nurses have extremely poor communication amongst one another. I very literally felt set up. They did not listen. Run from this doctor. He has probably put a black mark in my files and it is not true. He should not have this kind of power.
