They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I found it. They did not seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, and I wasn't very comfortable. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. They seem to only want to collect money. The doctor is good but the staff is horrible.

They appeared to give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I was worried after one of their pieces of equipment failed and shocked me. The result is causing me to have the damage reviewed by Johns Creek Hospital. I say no thanks for a second visit. I was told that my insurance was in-network and I would only have to pay my co-pay. After making the appointment and arriving, I learned that I would have to pay all up front. I complied, then learned later that my insurance company had paid part of the cost. When I cordially pointed this out several weeks later I was told by the front office they would refund the difference the next billing cycle (30 days away). After getting upset, they agreed to refund the amount to my credit card. Great organization.
