I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Absolutely! They respect my child's individuality and always address both of us

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
