I am having trouble logging in. I forgot my password or username. I never received an activation email.

I am having trouble logging in
Make sure you have activated your membership. You should have received an email upon signing up where you would be able to click on the activation link. If you still have trouble logging in after clicking the activation link, check your activation email to make sure you are entering the correct login information.


I forgot my password or username.
If you forgot your password, on the login page click the link that says "Forgot your password?" If you forgot your username, reference the email that was sent to you from Wellness.com when you first registered. (Please note you do not need a username or password to make edit requests to your profile. Simply click where it says "Click here to edit your profile" from your profile page to make edits.)


I never received an activation email.
There are a couple of reasons why this might have happened. First, check your bulk or spam email folder to confirm the activation email didn't go into your spam folder.

If you don't find the activation email in your bulk/spam folder and still can't find it, you may have misspelled or incorrectly entered your email address on the registration form. Confirm that you entered the correct email address when registering by trying to create a new account with that email. If the original email you entered was incorrect, the registration form will enable you to create a new account with the correct email. If the original email was correct, you will be alerted that an account already exists with that email.
