After his medical schooling, he came to the U.S. to complete the primary care track of an internal medicine residency program at Ascension Saint Agnes Hospital in Maryland. Dr Siyal then stayed with the health system to work at a busy primary care practice serving southwest Baltimore and the neighboring suburbs.
