I ask my patients to ask themselves this one key question: Are you thriving in life or just surviving? It is important for my patients to understand their current state of health and their desired future health goals so I can help them create a plan to achieve optimal wellness.

I strongly believe in partnering with my patients. It takes time, information and trust from both parties to create a successful doctorpatient relationship. I do a deep dive into five key areas – exercise, diet, detox, stress and sleep – which allows me to create a roadmap for each patient’s individual circumstances.

Dr. Judd’s passion is to be a healer and be able to restore patient’s health. Her method to medicine focuses on functional medicine, a science-based approach that supports the normal healing mechanisms of the body and looks for the root causes of illness by addressing the whole body.
