Jolene Nasman, MSN, CNM, APRN
My name is Jolene Nasman, MSN, CNM, APRN, and I am a certified nurse midwife in the department of obstetrics and gynecology at UF Health. I received my bachelor's degree in psychology from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa, and my Master of Nursing in Midwifery from Frontier Nursing University in Hyden, Kentucky, where I completed a clinical rotation in midwifery at UF Health. My desire to have a career in the medical field started early, but midwifery became my focus after experiencing childbirth with one of my own children. I am very adamant about helping my patients feel empowered and allowing them to be completely involved in the development of their care plan.
